We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Digital Account Manager to join our growing Lift Bridge team!

As the Account Manager, your main responsibility will be to provide a high level of client service to assigned clients, acting as the primary point of contact and developing strong and lasting relationships with their teams.

As part of a small and growing team, this individual should be eager to dive into a fast-paced business, proactive and detail-oriented, and have strong time management and interpersonal skills. As the business grows, this role will have the opportunity to grow with it. We offer a tremendous amount of flexibility and are open to fully remote or local (Minneapolis, MN) candidates.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients

  • Review program feasibility and making recommendations on strategy and analysis structure

  • Communicate with clients to ensure needs are met, including:

    ○ Answer questions throughout the campaign and analysis period

    ○ Communicate timelines, data needs, follow-ups, etc.

    ○ Draft and send client contracts and invoices

  • Create and maintain documentation of programs and results

  • Collaborate with the Analyst team to create and deliver campaign results and insights

  • Stay up-to-date on digital and measurement trends

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of account management experience, preferably in digital media/marketing and/or measurement

  • CPG or retail experience preferred

  • Experience in growing and building relationships with thoughtful and responsive communication

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to use data to effectively tell a story

  • Creative, with a problem-solving mindset

  • Motivated individual with a positive attitude who can consistently strive to exceed expectations

  • Must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, Tableau experience a plus

 

Sales Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Sales Analyst to join our growing Lift Bridge team!

As the Sales Analyst, your main responsibility will be to analyze client sales data to determine how each digital campaign performs, recommend optimizations, and develop program insights. This role will have the opportunity to shape the future of our analytics process, and is therefore greatly benefited by a deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, CPG sales data, and various sales lift methodologies.

As part of a small and growing team, this individual should be eager to dive into a fast-paced business, proactive and detail-oriented, and have strong time management skills. As the business grows, this role will have the opportunity to grow with it. We offer a tremendous amount of flexibility and are open to fully remote or local (Minneapolis, MN) candidates.

What You’ll Do

  • Compile, cleanse, analyze and optimize client sales data to establish program results and insights

  • Partner with Account Manager to request and review client data, establish appropriate timelines, and deliver results

  • Identify areas of opportunity to adjust current processes, methodologies, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and deliver deeper insights to clients

  • Maintain documentation of client results; work to establish trends within those results over time to help establish customized best practices

  • Work on special analytics projects to deep-dive performance across programs, clients, categories, and brands in an effort to bring thought leadership to our clients and the digital/measurement industry

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales or digital analytics experience

  • CPG or retail experience preferred

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to easily identify trends and tell a story with data

  • Excellent data visualization skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent project management and communication skills

  • Creative, with a problem-solving mindset

  • Motivated individual with a positive attitude who can consistently strive to exceed expectations

  • Must be proficient in Excel, experience with Tableau preferred
